About Holly
Relational. Intuitive. Trauma-Informed. Soul-Centered.
You’re not here because you’re thriving.
You’re here because something feels off. Stuck. Unsustainable.
Maybe you’ve outgrown old patterns.
Maybe you can’t quite name it yet—only that something needs to change.
Or maybe you already know exactly what’s wrong and you’re ready to face it.
Either way, you’re ready for a different way forward.
That’s where I come in.
I work with people at turning points—whether the next step is clear or uncertain.
It’s uncomfortable, but it’s also where transformation takes root.
This work meets you where you are and helps you come home to yourself.
From Surviving to Something Real
I support emotionally intelligent, self-aware people — and those who want to grow in those areas —who are ready to get honest with themselves and their lives.
People who are tired of going through the motions, and quietly wondering… is this it?
This work is for you if you’re:
Untangling survival patterns that once kept you safe, but now keep you stuck.
Facing a rupture, reckoning, or identity shift you didn’t plan for
Struggling in relationships that feel intense, one-sided, or just plain hard
Carrying grief, shame, or trauma that hasn’t fully moved through
Longing for clarity, safety, and wholeness—especially in your relationship with
yourself
Tired of therapy that stays on the surface and doesn’t really GET you.
This is a space to be real.
To get curious—
and start living from a place of alignment, not obligation.
What It’s Like to Work Together
You don’t need another space where you have to perform.
You need a space where you can finally exhale—and tell the truth.
I ask questions that get under the surface—the ones that help you notice what’s really driving your patterns.
I track what’s spoken and unspoken. And I help you make sense of the stuff that’s been running the show for way too long.
My work is trauma-informed, emotionally focused, and relational at its core.
Modalities I integrate include:
Brainspotting & EMDR
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Attachment & experiential therapy
Somatic & nervous system healing
Spiritual integration (if it resonates for you)
This isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about reconnecting—with your body, your voice, your needs, your knowing.
The work is intuitive, collaborative, and deeply attuned.
It meets you where you are—and helps you move toward something real.
Why I Do This Work
Because disconnection is devastating.
Not just between people—but within ourselves.
I’ve seen how we lose touch with our truth, our needs, our voice.
How relationships fracture—not from a lack of love, but from a lack of understanding.
How people hurt each other because they never learned what it means to be seen—or to love without losing themselves.
I do this work because connection changes everything.
And because life is better when it’s infused with meaning.
Not someone else’s meaning—your own.
I’ve spent 20 years practicing the art of healing rupture.
I respect people who’ve lived off-script—
and I know the courage it takes to choose something different.
I see connections instinctively—between patterns, parts, people, and what’s left unspoken.
I help clients return to the parts of themselves they had to shut down to survive.
The ones that got fragmented, buried, or shaped around someone else’s expectations.
This isn’t just therapy.
It’s integration. Soul fragment retrieval.
And it’s what I’m here to do.
Also, I’m a Real Person
I’m someone who loves music, nature, dry humor, and deep conversations (I’m allergic to small talk).
I find peace near water, joy in the moment, and meaning in the natural cycles of things.
I’ve lived off-script and know the terrain of unexpected turns.
I’m always doing my own work—learning, growing, and doing my best to live not
perfectly, but authentically, from the same place I help others return to.
I don’t believe healing is about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about reclaiming the parts of you that got shut down, and learning to live from a place of greater self-trust, honesty, and ease.
That’s what I want for you, too.
Professional Background
I bring both training and connection—because skill alone isn’t enough.
