Because healing doesn’t happen on the surface. It happens in the deeper layers—gently, skillfully, and at your pace.

I use a blend of evidence-based, somatic, and intuitive modalities. These aren’t cookie- cutter techniques. They’re flexible, trauma-informed tools that meet you where you are and help guide you back home to yourself.

  • A brain-body-based approach that helps access and process trauma beneath words and thought. Using eye position, nervous system cues, attunement, and bilateral stimulation, we help your brain complete what’s been frozen or stuck, gently and at your pace.

Somatic & Nervous System Work

Your body holds the story—and the wisdom

    • You feel anxious, numb, or wired

    • Conflict shuts you down

    • It’s hard to tell what you’re feeling—or why

  • Somatic therapy helps you reconnect with your nervous system’s signals—your breath, your gut, your knowing. Not everything can be solved with insight. Sometimes, the body needs to feel safe again.

    • Chronic stress and overwhelm

    • Anxiety and shutdown patterns  freeze/collapse states

    • Difficulty staying grounded or present

  • We follow your body’s cues. Grounding, breath, sensation—whatever helps bring you back into connection with yourself.
