Resonate – Relate harmoniously for healing

Not just better coping, better healing.

START YOUR JOURNEY

Therapy and coaching in Minnesota that honors your complexity, your capacity, and your longing for more.

This time, let it be different.

In this space, deep, integrative healing meets you where you are—and helps you come home to yourself.

In this space, I do more than help you manage your symptoms. We explore the root systems of your patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics—so you can shift from surviving to truly living. This work is personal, intuitive, trauma-informed, and grounded in real, human connection.

Whether you’re navigating a relationship rupture, unraveling perfectionism, feeling “off” in ways you can’t name, or craving more soul-level alignment—this is a space where all of you is welcome.

Hi, I’m Holly

A relational, intuitive, trauma-informed therapist

I help people untangle long-held patterns and reconnect with their inner compass—so they can show up in life and relationships with more clarity, capacity, and self-trust.

My style is intuitive and grounded, warm and irreverent. I ask illuminating questions. I track what’s said and what’s not. I sit with the parts of you that haven’t had words yet.

You’re not too much, or not enough.
You’re layered. Intelligent. Still becoming.
And your pain is not the whole story—it’s a signal.
Let’s follow it to the truth underneath.

Trapped in the same relationship patterns—even when they “know better”

Lost in over-functioning, caregiving, or perfectionism

Disconnected from their emotions, body, or inner knowing

Burdened by anxiety, shame, or emotional overwhelm

Haunted by trauma or grief that still lives in the nervous system

Like they’re “too much” and “not enough” all at once

Exhausted from doing the work alone

You don’t have to name it perfectly.
You just need a space that helps you feel what’s true and shift it at the roots.

How I Work

Rooted. Relational. Real.

I don’t just sit back and nod. I’m an active, attuned presence—here to meet you with curiosity, clarity, and care.

Sessions are shaped by your needs:

  • Trauma healing

  • Nervous system support

  • Emotional integration

  • Relational insight

  • Soul-level alignment

I integrate a range of trauma-informed, evidence-based, and intuitive approaches:

  • Brainspotting & EMDR – for healing trauma at the source

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems) – to work with your parts, not against them

  • Somatic & nervous system healing – to ground you in your body

  • Attachment-based therapy – because healing happens in relationship

  • Spiritual integration – if and when that feels true for you

  • Emotionally focused therapy - for couples and individuals

You don’t have to know the names of these modalities. You just have to be willing to show up—and I’ll meet you there.

The Spiritual Layer

Not all therapy makes space for the soul. This does.

Here, spirituality isn’t required—but it is welcomed.

Some clients bring in dreams, ancestors, rituals, or intuitive gifts. Others come with a simple longing to feel connected to something deeper—whether they have a name for it or not.

You don’t need a belief system. You just need a sense that there’s more—and a willingness to listen for it. Together, we can explore what helps you feel most whole, most real, most you.

“What resonates with you reflects what’s within—therapy helps uncover these patterns, guiding you toward healing and self-awareness.”

“Holly is the embodiment of authenticity. She does not mask any of her parts, and welcomes clients' whole selves and all of their parts to show up in the therapy session. She is remarkably perceptive, intuitive, and a fierce advocate for her clients.

She invites the darkest, most shadowy parts of myself forward into the session and allows those parts compassionate attention to support their integration into my Self. She skillfully sees around the mask and lowers my defenses by her truly nonjudgmental stance.”
